Cancellation Policy 

Once a deposit is taken you can only change the date of the appointment without penalty with at least 48 hours notice. 

Shipping Policy 

Priority shipping is 3-5 business days next day orders are $30

Services Policy 

All clients are given a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes you will be charged. Every ten minutes is an additional $15. After one hour the appointment is cancelled and deposit is forfeited. 

Custom Wig Policy

Custom wigs are priced based on the type of wig you desire, the amount of bundles, color, and length will determine the price. You can send a picture of the unit you are interested in purchasing to get the exact price. Once informed of the total cost, you’ll then pay a deposit if $300 to get started on the wig.Once the wig is complete you’ll receive a picture of the final outcome with the remainder being due then.

You will need to send your head measurements or you can book a consultation appointment to be measured and answer any questions you may have. The turn-around time for custom made wigs are 2-3 weeks depending on the volume of orders at the time you order, but you will be given an ETA the day the deposit is collected. Any wigs dropped off for maintenance have to be paid for in full at or before drop off.
